steamboat session with the boys
its never about the food
steamboat just keeps us seated much longer
catchin' up is little
we always seem to bring up the same stuff
enjoyable nonetheless
as THE graduates
we obviously talked about NUS
i didn't feel proud to be associated
at least not as much as before
i guess at the end of it all
it wasn't all it cracked up to be
of course as usual
its the friendships that made the days
but the education was a let down
seriously
lecturers who couldn't cut it
but stayed in their roles nonetheless
did they really care? for the lesser students?
it was all about the "superstars"
i'll stick my neck out
& say 80% of those lecturers in NUS
can't cut it as "educators"
they tried real hard to look
out of the box
but truth be told
cunnin' foxes in the boxes
who were just tryin' to look bombastic
i give the impression that
i feel strongly towards foreigners
not
but honestly only towards those who don't try hard enough
i know if you DO stay
your kids will assimilate perfectly
& compete with my kids haha
that's fine though
but at least try to speak english now
don't just concentrate on gettin' As
that's another reason why NUS is a letdown
don't claim to be an international university
when you accept 95% of 2 nationalities
& the remainin' nationalities each make up the 5%
agree or disagree with me
its all over now eh?
enjoy down under nazri!
p.s. "punto" means "dot" in italian
useful to know when callin' italy
& askin' for e-mail addresses

THE graduate
euros are over
epl season seems to be light years away
every futsal place on every day 8-10 pm in the universe is booked
still writin' fantasy proposals for work
& i'm graduatin' on tuesday
which marks the end
of every 'successful' singaporean's educational blueprint
i hate the gown & shit
& the fact i have to pay 30 over dollars to dress like a clown
because someone decided
we can't just graduate in shirt & ties
had a friendly match on saturday
hammered 5-1
no consolation that i scored the last kick of the game
but consolation that we had a 15 player turn out
(even though the opponents had 11)
hopefully we can build a core
& eventually challenge the chung cheng 'A' team haha
got news today that
we can formally move in in september
a real bummer
so hopefully the place is class
when its done
2 weeks of my internship left
permanent signin'?
i'll be adebayor
& let my company show me some love first
before i decide
happy 11 months sands!
enjoy hong kong noodle!
:)
